International experience really expands your world

With Erasmus+, the European Union supports the educational, professional, and personal development of participants in the education, training, youth, and sport sectors, in Europe and beyond. The program offers people of all ages the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience at home and abroad.

By studying, working, or participating in international projects abroad with Erasmus+, professionals, students, pupils, young people, and youth workers improve their communication and intercultural skills. They acquire indispensable soft skills and language skills. Participants in the Erasmus+ program are also challenged to develop skills that are important for actively participating in society.

The program also helps to improve the quality of education and training and youth work, through international cooperation projects. Erasmus+ thus contributes to economic growth, employment, equal opportunities, and inclusion in Europe

In Europe, more than ten million participants have participated in the program since its inception in 1987! All 27 EU Member States are participating, as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey, North Macedonia and Serbia. Organizations and institutions from the  Caribbean part of the Kingdom also participate in the Erasmus+ program.
